Pricing questions
What does DealerPro cost?
Showroom is €250 a month for one showroom and up to 250 active agreements. Dealership, the full collections engine with WhatsApp arrears messaging, is €490 a month. Group is €990 a month, quoted and set up with you. Pay yearly and two months are free. Onboarding is a one-time €490 on Showroom and €990 on Dealership. On Group it is quoted with the migration.
What counts as an active agreement?
A hire-purchase or lease contract with a balance still outstanding. Settled, cancelled and cash-sale contracts do not count. Your history is never capped.
What happens if we go over a limit?
The CRM tells you and us the moment it happens and offers the next plan on the spot: one click, the difference pro-rated to your billing date, the new limits applied at once. Or add the relevant add-on. An extra branch is €99 a month, 5 more users €49, another 500 agreements €99.
What does a WhatsApp conversation cost?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance: none on Showroom, 500 conversations on Dealership, 1,500 on Group. Beyond it, extra conversations are €30 per 500 a month, billed at the end of the month. Meta's own per-conversation fees are included in that price. Showroom has no WhatsApp messaging.
Is receipt scanning included?
Dealership includes 300 pages a month and Group 1,000. Showroom can add it for €49 per 300 pages a month.
Why is there an onboarding fee?
Every dealership gets its own isolated database and deployment, its own document pack with its own clause wording and fees, and its team set up and trained. That work is done once, and the fee covers it.
How quickly are we live after paying?
Within two business days. Your onboarding lead will email you within one business day. They will collect your letterhead, fee schedule and team list.
Can we cancel?
Monthly plans cancel any time from the billing portal and stop at the end of the period. Annual plans run to the end of the year paid. Either way you receive a full export of your data, and your database is deleted within 30 days.
