The number that sets your plan is active agreements — hire-purchase and lease contracts with a balance still outstanding. It is the work DealerPro does for you: every live agreement is a ledger to keep, an arrears risk to chase and a pack to print. Branches and users are caps, not the price, so a single showroom is never paying for a group's seat count.

What the onboarding fee pays for
The one-time onboarding fee covers provisioning your isolated database and deployment, configuring your documents and fees, seeding your team, and a half-day of training.

Monthly plans roll month to month. Cancel any time from your billing portal; your data is exported to you and the database is deleted within 30 days. Group plans include migration of your existing book; on Showroom and Dealership it is quoted once we have seen the data.

Pricing questions
What counts as an active agreement?
A hire-purchase or lease contract with a balance still outstanding. Settled, cancelled and cash-sale contracts do not count. Your history is never capped.
What happens if we go over a limit?
Nothing stops working. We tell you, and you add the relevant add-on or move up a plan from the next billing date.
Why is there an onboarding fee?
Every dealership gets its own isolated database and deployment, its own document pack with its own clause wording and fees, and its team set up and trained. That is real work done once, and it is what makes the monthly price possible.
How quickly are we live after paying?
Within two business days. Your onboarding lead will email you within one business day. They will collect your letterhead, fee schedule and team list.
Is VAT included?
Prices exclude VAT. Maltese VAT at 18% is applied at checkout; a business with a valid EU VAT number outside Malta is reverse-charged.
Can we cancel?
Monthly plans cancel any time from the billing portal and stop at the end of the period. Annual plans run to the end of the year paid. Either way you receive a full export of your data, and your database is deleted within 30 days.
