The seven-screen demo, on a page

This is the exact walk-through our salesman runs live in the demo: 7 screens, in the order he shows them. Every screen below is the real product.

Shown here with a demonstration dealership. Every name, plate and balance is invented; the formats and the arithmetic are not.

Chapter 1 of 7

In the app: Debtors → client

One person, one screen

The client and what they signed

Who they are, what they signed, what they've paid, who has spoken to them, and every document — six tabs, no folder, no spreadsheet, no walking to someone's desk.

  • Overview, Contract, Payment Ledger, Collections Notes, Documents, Timeline
  • The vehicle, the monthly amount, the term and the date signed, in one place
  • ID scans and signed paperwork attached to the record, never to an inbox
“Where does that live for you today?”

Next, 02The payment ledger

Chapter 2 of 7

In the app: Contract → Instalment account

The payment ledger

“I already paid” — answered before they finish the sentence

Every instalment and every payment with its method, cash to part exchange, and the running balance. Every receipt reference is a link to the printed receipt.

  • Remaining, overdue, monthly, next due, last paid and arrears in months across the top
  • Print receipt, invoice or allocations from any ledger line
  • Statements for this month, this year or the whole account
“Hand them the receipt, or send it, in two seconds.”

Chapter 3 of 7

In the app: Collections → Receivables

When someone falls behind

The morning list, not a Friday report

The ageing ladder shows the whole book, what's overdue and how long for. Click an arrears band and the list filters to exactly those debtors, worst first.

  • Total book, total overdue and clickable arrears-in-months bands
  • Who owes what, how many months, last paid, last contacted
  • A focus pane beside the list — no jumping between records
“It's the book as it stands right now, sorted by who is worst.”

Next, 04The chase-up

Chapter 4 of 7

In the app: Collections → Activity · Settings → Reminder rules

The chase-up

Nobody rings a customer who paid last week

Log a call, set a promise to pay, and open the WhatsApp thread from the same pane. Calls, letters, notes and customer replies sit in one feed, so nobody gets forgotten for a month.

  • Contacts by call, SMS, email, visit, letter or note, into the client's history
  • Promises to pay marked open, done or missed, with add-to-calendar
  • Arrears reminder ladder: which WhatsApp template at which band, how often, quiet hours
“See what the customer was told and what they replied — before you ring.”

Next, 05The signed pack

Chapter 5 of 7

In the app: Contracts → Print pack

The signed pack

Everything you sign is numbered and kept

Tick what goes in — HPA invoice, contract, payment schedule, bills of exchange, delivery note, indemnification, LESA appointed driver, insurance proposal — and print one correctly paginated job on your letterhead.

  • Register & Print freezes the pack into a numbered, immutable snapshot
  • Every pack ever issued, its number, date and issuer, reprintable byte for byte
  • Registered documents can be voided, never quietly edited
“Reprint it in two years and you get exactly what the customer signed.”

Next, 06The day's banking

Chapter 6 of 7

In the app: Financial → End of day

The day's banking

Close of business is a button, not an hour

The end-of-day sheet compiles itself from the ledger, by payment method. Add the drawer's ins and outs, print the banking sheet, finalise the day.

  • Cash, non-cash and what goes to the bank, computed
  • Collections and deductables blocks that save as you type
  • A finalised day is frozen — a reprint months later is the document that was banked
“Nobody can quietly change last Tuesday.”

Next, 07Licences, insurance, fines

Chapter 7 of 7

In the app: Licences & Insurance · Claims

Licences, insurance, fines

The monthly renewal batch, built from the plates

Road licence renewals, insurance and LESA fines tracked per vehicle as charges on the account, with a printable Notice for Payment for each one.

  • Renewal states: to renew, paid, disc collected, do not renew
  • Fines and charges flow into the client's ledger, not a side spreadsheet
  • Motor claim forms raised from the contract, pre-filled on the insurer's form
“Built for the paperwork Maltese dealers actually have.”
